(This is a true story)
I wonder why some women are so stubborn still hope to enjoy their relationship or marital life. When i was young, my mother and her husband were always quarrelling, wonder why they do? But then i had no answer to that question. Growing up, i get to understand a little about my mother and from other issues that i saw, then i realise that the source of her quarrels with her husband was because she was stubborn. The stubbornness was so strong that she extended it to me too when i became a man and never earned her anything good from me like it should.
A man will always be a man, no matter how gentle he is. We quarrelled times without number cos i was also stubborn come to think of it, a man’s stubbornness will be merged with ego. Most times, my granny will ask me, “don’t you talk to your mum”, and i answer, i do but it end up in quarrels, i guess by know who ever is reading this should know why.
If this is a story of a stubborn woman and her son, how much more a stubborn wife and her husband? Why are you women so stubborn? Even after all done to make you happy or make you comfortable?
I have another relationship with another woman, she was not that gentle but also a little stubborn but yet submissive just like a submarine, my grandmother. I wonder day by day why my stubbornness was never a case between myself and my granny, we never quarrelled at 10% level in comparison with that of my mum, till she died (may her loving soul rest at peace in the bosom of our Lord).
Stubbornness will and can never earn a woman anything good from her husband or her boyfriend, stubbornness only kills love and not water it, stubbornness is the general source of most women, some learn the hard way and some learn early enough to make corrections but ask those that have learnt the hard, if it was interesting. Stubbornness is like holding on to something and refusing to let go, wonder how such hand can receive another thing when its still holding on to one.
I have seen how stubbornness has destroyed the life of woman, how stubbornness has thrown some women out of their home, how some men had run away from a stubborn woman cos she will never give peace with her stubbornness, have seen how stubbornness kill a woman cos the man will always have his ego, but it only takes a submissive woman to bury a man’s ego.
Wish and hope most women learn from this natural mistake of there life, if you have noticed your early, please i besiege you to start working on it NOW before it is too late, I pray God help us all, Amen
